Responsible for assisting General Manager in all aspects of the operation of a gourmet food market; from human resources to finance, from purchasing to food preparation and the design of the menu and its periodic updates. The candidate will oversee the growth of the company and the opening of new locations in the New England area.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, and Finance or closely related field (or foreign equivalent) and 2 years of experience in the food industry management and finance. 2 years of experience in the sourcing, preparation, and presentation of dishes from the Middle East and North Africa. Experience can be gained concurrently.
